Good spots near Wenatchee/ellensburg?

I’m getting my lone peak installed in Wenatchee in October! I live out in the sticks near Vancouver Washington, but I work in Ellensburg 4 days of the week, so I’m thinking I’ll camp for the weekend right after installation and just stay up near Ellensburg, anybody know any good spots?

Weather dependant for sure, but Lions Rock would be a cool spot. You cam take a paved road most of the way up and there is a ton of dispersed camping in the area. I would go see the views at the top, then camp somewhere less windy.
